The BCA’s principal customs computer system is BICIS (Bulgarian Integrated Customs Information System). Crown Agents also installed components of its own Customs software programme, TIMS© (Trade Information Management System), in Bulgaria to assist in the work of the mobile teams. TIMS© is a modular system which can provide full automation of all selection processes.
