Crown Agents’ Executive Director for Public Finance Management, Stephen Ramsey, visited Bulgaria from 13th to 15th May.  During his visit he attended the quarterly Stakeholder Committee Meeting, met with Deputy Minister Zhelev, the Heads of the National Revenue Agency and National Customs Agency, as well as the British Ambassador, Steve Williams.

Stephen also met with Programme personnel during his visit and had the opportunity to speak with them all individually.

Stephen is responsible for all of Crown Agents consultancy services in the area of public finance and is a member of the Executive Board of Crown Agents.  He is a finance professional with experience of the delivery of technical consultancy and services, performance efficiency and change management.
