Since signature of the new contract on 7th January, the Crown Agents team in Bulgaria has been working intensively to prepare an implementation plan for Phase II, in discussion with the Ministry of Finance and all the relevant agencies.  This plan has now been submitted to the Ministry for their consideration. Meanwhile, we have continued to support the NRA winter compliance campaign in the ski resorts as well as working on measures to improve the coordination of combating fiscal crimes.
