The Programme Stakeholder Committee held its regular quarterly meeting in December 2009 to review the progress of Phase II of the Programme for Modernisation of Bulgarian Financial Administration. The meeting, attended by senior representatives from all key revenue agencies, was chaired by Crown Agents’ Programme Director, Vivienne Davies. During her visit to Bulgaria Ms. Davies also met with the Head of the Cabinet of the Minister of Finance, Rumen Porozhanov.

The Programme Stakeholder Committee continues to be an important forum where information on the programme and other issues relating to revenue reform can be exchanged and discussed in a positive environment.
